My expertise includes coaching, mentoring, conflict resolution and organisational development. I often work in creative contexts, with artists, performers, directors and collaborators to find new ways of working together. In organisations I support teams, managers and leaders improve communications and relationships.

My background is in visual and live arts. I have a BA and MA in interdisciplinary fine art and have worked in theatres, venues and visual arts organisations for 20 years.

I have led workshops and residential summer schools for artists and writers in the US and UK, and continue to develop my creative practice through writing, performing and collaboration. I’m a founding member of F*Choir, a queer feminist punk choir based in London.

For the past few years I’ve held senior roles in creative organisations, leading HR functions and working with executive teams, boards and external partners on organisational development projects and multi-year funded change programmes, such as relaxed venue.

I completed my coaching accreditation in 2019 with Relational Dynamics 1st and trained as a mediator in 2021, completing a psychologically-informed mediation accreditation in 2023 with M&D Associates. I am a senior member of EMCC, engaging in continuing professional development and regular supervision.
