I work with leaders and teams to help organisations become more people-centred, inclusive and transparent. I offer support, feedback, coaching, strategies and tools which focus on improving communications and relationships and help open up conversations about thoughtful, radical change.

I enjoy working with creative and values-led organisations both over the long term and through targeted bespoke sessions. I have worked with small and medium-sized organisations in an advisory capacity, as well as developing workshops, team days, open space sessions, creative tools, events and thinking environments.

As a senior manager and as a consultant, I’ve led change management and organisational development projects and offered support, advice and coaching to executive teams. I can be alongside you as you work to transform your organisation, shift thinking and create change.
